The famous Gili Islands are a set of three small islands called; Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan, located in the northwest of Lombok. All of them have magnificent white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, coral reefs and goldfish. One of the peculiarities of these islands is that there are no cars or motorcycles that disturb the peace, so the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. The islands have a wide range of beach side cafes, restaurants and bars that serve the best cocktails and a wide variety of dishes from both local and international cuisine.
The Gili Islands offer many activities for tourists who decide to spend their holidays here. You can rent snorkelling equipment, take a diving course, rent a kayak, go fishing or get on a boat to tour the three islands and see turtles, mantas and giant clams.
